Hey Hey!!
As you may already know my friends Dana Selznick, Brittany Prell and I started a camp for Children with Hearing Loss in Manhattan called CampedUP! We had such an amazing response to our inaugural summer that we have already started planning for next summer, and we are growing it even bigger and better than last year!
The first thing we have been planning is our very own TEAM for the NYC WALK 4 HEARING. The walk will be Sunday September 28th at Riverside Park (W 97th St. & Riverside Dr. New York, NY) Registration begins at 9am and the walk starts at 10am. It’s a short 5K but it will be a lot of fun! I would love love love if you could come walk with us! And the more the merrier, so bring friends, siblings, co-worker or classmates!!
60% of the money we raise will go to the Walk 4 Hearing foundation and 40% will be given to CampedUP! All money that we receive will be used for scholarships to send children with a hearing loss to camp, who cannot otherwise afford a summer program.
