The 8th Annual Michael Herklots Birthday Fundraiser

Attention, Brothers and Sisters of the Leaf, and even if you don’t partake in this wonderful lifestyle, we all need to go to The 8th Annual Michael Herklots Birthday Fundraiser. As stated in Good Life Diaries, “Since 2005, Michael Herklots has raised money for the Killingly High School Learning for Life Fund- a fund set up to support his high school alma mater’s “School to Career” and “Career Pathways” programs. To date, the annual event has raised over $150,000 for the northeast Connecticut public school located in the state’s “Quiet Corner”. ALL funds raised go directly to the fund to supplement the success and sustainability of these incredible programs.”
This wonderful fundraiser will take place on Monday, May 7th, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at The Carnegie Club (156 W. 56th St.) in NYC. Folks, this event is free, and if you have been there before you know it is a fun filled event full of cigar enthusiasts, manufacturers, celebrities …anyone who’s anyone will be there to support Michael, including, of course, old and new friends. Let’s all come and enjoy great laughs, great cigars with great friends, and at the same time, raise money for this amazing cause. There will be incredible raffles and auctions. Everyone is welcome, but please make a donation to The 8th Annual Michael Herklots Birthday Fundraiser.
On Tuesday, May 8, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, there will be a private dinner at The Grand Havana Room (666 5th Ave) in NYC. Donations are $300.00 per person ($150 is a donation to the KHS Learning for Life Fund). There is also going to be both live and silent auctions through the evening. Dinner, wine and cigars are also included .
